Prompt Data Entry Steps & Rules

Step 1.
Begin by logging into the backend of the website using the appropriate credentials.
Navigate to https://tilda.cc/login/
Step 2.
Upon login you'll be on "My websites & campaigns:" page

Click AI Conductor to access the project

Navigate to the "Feeds" section of the website by going to
https://tilda.cc/identity/gofeeds/?projectid=7059559.
Step 3.
From the "Feeds" section, navigate to
"AlConductor / Feeds / Al Ensemble - AI Conductor's Prompt Collection"
by going to
https://feeds.tilda.cc/posts/?feeduid=705528614481
Step 4.

Locate the "Template_Single" section, which should not be visible to the public.

Click into it.

Step 5.
The first thing to do when opening the "Template_Single" template
is to duplicate it.


DO NOT OVERWRITE the "Template_Single" template.

You will need to reuse the template so be sure to duplicate it.
The duplicate will look like this:
"Copy: Template_Single"
Open the duplicate and follow the next steps.
Step 6.

Inside the "Template_Single" section, you will see multiple sections.

The most important sections are located on the left and right side of the screen.


LEFT:

TITLE

DESCRIPTION

DATE

LIST OF CATEGORIES

VISIBILITY


RIGHT:

GRAY TEXT BOX/BAR

Step 7.

LEFT SIDE:

In the "TITLE" section, enter the title of the prompt by Copy/Paste.

Step 8.

LEFT SIDE:

In the "DESCRIPTION section, enter the body of the prompt by Copy/Paste without format.

Please note that you should only use the

(CMD + SHIFT + V) on MAC and (CTRL + SHIFT + V) on PC functions to paste the prompt in DESCRIPTION section to effectively AVOID preserving possiblethe style and formatting.


*Note, if Copy/Pasting from non styled, non formatted text, then you can use normal paste.

We installed a browser extension that conveniently stripped formatting.

IMPORTANT:

Copy/Paste Entire Body in the Body Section

Copy/Paste 1st sentence of body in the Description Section

This is because description section can only fit a maximum of 250 characters

Step 9.

LEFT SIDE:

The "DATE" section populates automatically when duplicating the template, so you do not need to alter it.

Step 10.

LEFT SIDE:

In the "LIST OF CATEGORIES" section,

choose 3-5 relevant categories that are most appropriate for the prompt.

Make sure to select a minimum of 3 categories.

Step 11.

LEFT SIDE:

In the "VISIBILITY" section, ensure that it is set to "PUBLISHED".

Step 12.

RIGHT SIDE:

On the right side of the blog screen, you will see a gray text box/bar that reads a placeholder message "Template".

This is where you will paste the prompt body using the

(CMD + V) on MAC and (CTRL + V) on PC function.

Step 13.

After completing all of the tasks mentioned above, it is crucial to press the “Save” or “Save & Close” buttons.


Failure to do so will result in loss of data and require redoing the task from the beginning.


So, always double-check and make sure to save the changes before exiting the backend of the website.

Follow the rules completely and do not improvise.
